Appellate Court affirmed order of the Family Court finding that the appellant abandoned the subject child by failing to communicate with the child, the foster mother or the foster care agency for the six-month period immediately prior to the filing of the petition. Appellate Court also affirmed the Family Court’s determination that termination of the father’s parental rights was in the best interests of the child.
